Music matters seeks to answer the questions often raised about what can music do to improve our society. we dig dip to provide insights on how music has helped shaped society in the past and how we can use music to aid development for today and tomorrow. Our mission is to constantly promote positive uses of music to influence our world and provide information on the relevance of music to our socie

ty. We get this done via a combination of research, interviews, documentaries, discussions, polls, surveys, sharing of information and encouraging stakeholders to discuss on building a vigorous society. We simply take the society’s questions, amplify these concerns via music, and get us talking about it that we may understand, when we understand we can confront these problems with solutions while we all use the medium of music to see, solve and celebrate. We hope to contribute to development within the shores of Africa and beyond
Music Matters is published quarterly by Live Music. We currently distribute via physical stores, stands and online (digital edition)
