A little update on what's been going on!

We've been in the process of raising funds our new comedy series Basil King. Which is a mafia satire series that is overstepping every boundary and bringing back the R rated comedy.

Pilot Synopsis:
A late night business meeting results in the brutal murder of a pizzeria owner, and three overzealous gangster wannabes are forced to dispose of the body. But they are about to come to terms with their lack of expertise as one wrong move thrusts all three of them into a grave too deep to climb out.

The pilot script has won 3 awards (and counting) so far including "Best Short Form TV Pilot", "Best Dark Comedy Teleplay", and "Best Texas Screenplay" which shows you how badass and hilarious this script really is.

TODAY is the last day for us to raise funds for our Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign to bring this award winning script to screen and we need all the help we can get!

It’s been a minute since we’ve posted on here and we apologize for that!

We’ve all been going through a lot of life changing things right now, but all great things to say the least. We hope to get the film fam together very soon to shoot the next Static Heart Production!

In other news, we go into production with the newest Black Heart Saints music video next month and we are pretty stoked about it!

Stefon and SW Films is releasing his new short film “Black Rose Wanders” … it’s about a young girl who discovers self love through meeting her clone.

Bryce is killing it with his new high speed channel, Ballistic High-Speed, where they explore and test various fi****ms, ammunition, explosives, and more through the use of high-speed digital cameras.

Big News! This Halloween season just got a little spookier! On Friday, October 22nd we are releasing our award winning horror film “In The Dark” online! FAILURE | Getting Into Character It’s been a minute since I’ve shot a short film. Unless you consider the Jimmy Arcurio content as such. But the last short film I shot was my film “Failure” and I’m super proud of this one. I won BEST ACTOR and it was nominated for BEST TEXAS FILM at the 2019 Austin Micro Film Festival. It was also selected to be a part of MayDay Film Festival in 2019 as well as Hoosier Films Annual Festival and River Bend Film Festival in 2020. I never had any expectations for this film to do as well as it did in the festival circuit because ultimately it was a spur of the moment idea I had one day. So without a script and based off an idea.. I shot, acted, edited, did sound design, and just about everything else for this film. I had my buddy @ectobeam did some simple VFX for me in a few shots and that was that. This film means a lot to me because anyone who is a creative, especially when it comes to freelance, they can relate to the struggle. I mean, I’m even going through the struggle now and it’s tough. That inner battle with yourself is real. Some days will be great and some days will be absolute garbage. But the fact that we keep pushing through it and work even harder to accomplish what we set ourselves out to do, now that’s a big achievement on its own. So this video shows a little bit of the behind the scenes on what I put myself through to convey the emotions I wanted to show on camera. There’s a few more takes of this but I feel this was one of my most favorite takes to capture the true turmoil of emotions. A little throwback for everyone. We shot this film about five years ago. What’s special about this film is that is was the first film that Adam King and I worked on together. I was honored and stoked when Adam asked me to be the Director of Photography for this film. Adam wrote, directed, and starred in “Dougherty Row” and the production value was off the chain. After this production, I asked Adam to join forces with me and be a part of Static Heart Productions, which I was excited that he accepted the offer. The dude is hands down one of the best screenwriters I’ve ever worked with and you will not be disappointed with the newest Static Heart Production coming out titled “The Pieces We Have” which Adam wrote and directed. I had such a blast shooting this film and I still love this end sequence every time I revisit it. It’s been in multiple film festivals since it’s release and that is an accomplishment all on its own. One of my favorite scenes we've ever done This scene was entirely improvised from start to finish and we only did one take of this scene. Brittany, my co star, had no idea this scene even existed until we were already rolling. I wanted to capture a very honest and organic reaction so I decided to keep this scene a secret from her. She was such a pro and rolled with the punches and I couldn’t have asked for a better performance. I love the hell out of this scene.
