MessenJah Music Sound System and Record Label was founded in 2000 by Rod Chaplin (Apocalypse Dub Faction, A.D.F) and Richard Ha

mberger (Mystical Warrior). Rod A.D.F started composing dub music in 1991 in Southend-On-Sea, Essex, collaborating with long-time friends Mystical Warrior, Errol de General, and Brother James. As a devoted ambassador of reggae, he has worked with iconic sound systems, including Jah Shaka, Jah Tubby’s, and King David Warriors, and continues to produce and supply music to global reggae communities. Over the years, Rod A.D.F has collaborated with numerous legendary vocalists, such as Lee Scratch Perry, Danny Red, Max Romeo, Eek-a-Mouse, Paul Fox, and Johnny Clarke, among others. His first commercial release in 2003 featured "Love Jah and Live" with Kenny Knotts and "Riddim Wise" with Prince Allah. Between 2004 and 2010, Rod worked with Ministry of Dub Records and performed with Jah Lion Sound System across the UK and Europe. From 2010 onward, he rebuilt Apocalypse Studio, embracing live music elements and forming the MessenJah Music Players, a collective of talented artists contributing to the label's sound and vision. you can check MessenJah Muisc's Bandcamp for all the latest releases......
