I need a little help from those of you smarter than me - in other words, the vast majority of you folks. Years ago, I used a service to create an app for my podcasts and blogs. This app hasn't worked for quite some time, and their website no longer exists. Yet today I got another yearly paypal charge from them. I contacted paypal, and they say I need to contact the "seller". But I sent them screen shots that show that the site doesn't exist and the provided email address just bounced back to me as undeliverable. What can I do?
