an expansion of our business based in Akure, Ondo state, trading as Remdel Optimum Communications Limited. Remdel Optimum Communications Limited was incorporated as a limited liability company in 1993. The company was incorporated, among other things, to carry out the business of TV broadcast, Radio broadcast, entertainment content entrepreneurs, film/movie production, music & musical production as well as distribution of entertainment contents. In furtherance to its objectives, Remdel obtained the license to start Remdel TV, a station that will run an entertainment 24-hour broadcast channel on the NTA/StarTimes (Channel 171) Pay TV carrier.
