It all started na kinilig ako watching youtube shorts and reels ng loveteam ni Anthony Jennings and Maris Racal.

Then nabalitaan ko na malapit na matapos, i thought to myself why not give it a shot? Since asa around 18-20 mins lang naman per episode despite its 148-episode count! 🥶(Nasanay na kasi ako sa mga kdramas na 13-16 episodes or lower lang). 😂

I would not say that this is a perfectly done Filipino-made series but one thing I can say is that i was hooked due to the great casting, ok ung banat ng jokes, hndi parating heavy ang drama at light lang din ang ibang eksena.

Cgro in the future hopefully makagawa na din tyo ng kung madami mang episodes, puede naman hati hatiin kada 22-24 episodes para maging multi seasons tulad sa ibang bansa.

Good job ABS-CBN, i give this 8/10. Highly recommended at fan na din po ako, un nga lang mas kinikilig ako sa loveteam at aantayin ko ung sarili nilang project ha. Abangan namin yan. Haha! 👏☺️💯

Wham! is a 2023 documentary film about the English pop duo consisting of George Michael and Andrew Ridgeley. The film marks the 40th anniversary of their 1983 debut album Fantastic.

It was released worldwide to stream on July 5, 2023 on Netflix and received generally positive reviews from critics.

It was reviewed as a “cleverly stitched together” film, using audio posthumously of Michael and new audio from Ridgeley.

Director Chris Smith relied primarily on rare archive footage and audio interviews by the duo, including television appearances, concert footage, private home video, behind-the-scenes outtakes, and family comments all linked together using scrapbooks created by Ridgeley's mother.

This got me curious since this series has bagged so many awards at the 75th Primetime Emmy Awards, and at the 81st Golden Globe Awards (Outstanding Limited or Anthology Series and acting wins for Yeun and Wong).

Starring Steven Yeun and Ali Wong as Danny Cho and Amy Lau, two strangers whose involvement in a road rage incident escalates into a prolonged feud, with dire consequences.

Moral lesson: I believe it is truly difficult, but let us prevent road rage, easier said than done i know. Kaya nga kung dati love songs tugtog ko, worship songs na music ko whilst driving ☺️ Reel Talks

“The Beauty Inside” A 2015 South Korean Romantic Comedy film.

Based on the 2012 American Social film the beauty inside, tells about a man who wakes up everyday in a different body. Starring with an ensemble cast led by Han Hyo-Joo (Moving, Happiness, W, Unexpected Business).

A highly-recommended movie especially if you are into kdramas as the actors used are popular, or let’s say have already achieved A-status after the film’s release.

My verdict? Definitely a 10/10 and one of my all-time favorite korean movies. 💯

Years after recommendations from friends that I should watch this movie, finally I was able to watch it.

A simple, underrated and yet an overpowered movie. Indeed you are one of 90’s gems Nic Cage, and for Bridget Fonda, I think you should have been given more roles during your prime.

Let us satisfy your movie nostalgia cravings! ☺️

How about let’s go back in time when “superhero movies fatigue” doesn’t exist yet? The first film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Marvel Studios pulled it off when casting the charismatic Robert Downey Jr. to portray Iron Man.

Over the top action scenes, funny punchlines by downey and howard (you have got to admit we all love him in this role yeah?), what they gave us was an amazing rollercoaster ride providing satisfaction and astonishment from beginning to end.

Let’s hope that the MCU still hasn’t lost their magical touch in providing us movies in the future.

Synopsis:

Looking for a Kdrama to start with? Here are my Top4 most recommended kdramas for you to binged on(counter clockwise):

1. Hospital Playlist - Ung samahan pare ibang klase, and the killer soundtrack.

2. Moving - it’s like watching X-Men or “heroes” series but more fast-paced.

3. Dr. Romantic - at first I was hesitant to watch kdramas with multi-seasons, but this one? You’ll for always a new season! Tsaka matinde mga pangaral ni Dr. Romantic! 👏

4. Alchemy of Souls - tandem of Jung So Min and Lee Jae Wook, need we say more? Awesome chemistry, awesome cast, top-notch action scenes and full of twists make this a must-watch!

***special mention:
A. Twenty Five Twenty One - Time Travel nostalgias and korean first love anecdotes, panuorin mo nalang! Soundtrack is a killer as well 😉

B. Reply 1988 - ang kdramang bumukas ng puso ko para manuod pa ng maraming kdramas. Definitely a time capsule kdrama!
