Wanna hear the wildest story about a great album that was literally lost for 50 years? Tune into Epysode 11: "Back In The HCA", by The Bowes Road Band. It's a fascinating story about 4 lads who made an album in 1973 for a college project and privately pressed 50 copies to give away to family and friends...and then completely forgot about it for 50 years. Miraculously a copy was found hundreds of miles away 5 decades later in the oddest of places by the *one* guy who could bring it to the masses, and now it's been streamed hundreds of thousands of times. If it were a mediocre album, it would still be a good story but not nearly as compelling. But this is no mediocre album. It's chock full of great songs and it deserves all the praise and wonderful reviews it's received. All four of the band members and the record label exec joined me to help tell this incredible story.
