Meet our new additions… Hope and Penny. Swipe to see the meet and greet 🐓🐓

We placed Hope and Penny in a separate coop within our run to allow our chickens to get introduced to one another before placing them with the others to roost at night.

It’s helpful to keep your new chickens separate but within close proximity when adding additional birds to your flock. This gives them a chance to get familiar with one another and hopefully reduce bullying for the new hens.

Fingers crossed Hope and Penny settle in happily with our other chickens 😄
