Channel Plus+ 是由一群熱愛電台工作的年青人所營運。團隊始於2009年，經過歷代變遷。終於2013年更名為Channel Plus+，以新的力量再次出發。

孤掌難鳴，一人難成事，很多事情往往需要團結才能完成。PLUS+ 象徵著一種連結，盼望這裡能成為一種平台，一起交流彼此。

破聲而出
儘管我們是年青人，但我們也有著「就算叫破喉嚨」也想說的話。我們只希望不要因為單單因為「年青人」，而看輕我們。破聲，也只希望有多一點注目，得到多一點了解。
