Please be advised that the Sta. Rosa Bridge along the Sta. Rosa - Tarlac Road, Sta. Rosa, Nueva Ecija, will be completely closed to all vehicles on Monday, June 17, 2024, beginning at 8:00 AM, to facilitate the laying of asphalt as part of the ongoing bridge rehabilitation project.

Motorists are encouraged to seek alternative routes to avoid delays, specifically the Cabanatuan-Carmen Road for those bound for Cabanatuan City and the Sta. Rosa-Jaen Road for those heading to Gapan City. Your understanding and cooperation is appreciated.

Tiniim na Manok or Chicken Tiim, a slow-cooked native chicken dish glazed in a thick sauce. Tiniim means “to absorb” and based on recipes online, the whole chicken is either simmered in a sweet and tangy pineapple marinade or vinegar, patis (fish sauce) and spices like star anise, oregano and cloves. It’s not the most appetizing dish to look at, but it’s pretty good. The sauce is pretty thick and tastes sort of sweet and peanut-based.

Sinamantala na nila ang pagkakataon na makapag-aral nang malaman nila ang tungkol sa programang Alternative Learning System.

Bukod sa diploma, nakatanggap din ng medalya ng pagkilala ang mga nagtapos na senior citizens para sa pagiging model of the youth.

Benito Alejandrino Natividad (January 12, 1875 – December 1, 1964) was a military leader, a governor and a judge. His parents were Gervasia Alejandrino and Mamerto Natividad, Sr. a lawyer and the First Martyr of Nueva Ecija who was executed by the Spanish authorities on Sept. 26, 1896 in San Isidro, Nueva Ecija. He fought in the Philippine Revolution against Spain and was exiled to Hong Kong with Aguinaldo and other revolutionaries in accordance with the Treaty of Biak Na Bato. He also fought in the Philippine–American War and was one of the last to surrender together with Gen. Manuel Tinio, after the capture of Aguinaldo. He was wounded twice in battle.

A one-way traffic scheme is being implemented as a temporary safety measure for all motorists in the area.
