Kanuga Records is proud to introduce Grudge, the new single by Barbarella's Bang Bang, released today on all digital platforms.

The song was written a year ago by the band and today is finally seeing the light of the day.

Grudge is a feeling of repressed anger…. One of the many personal 'shadows' within our selves that needs to be given attention to and released in order to be authentic and honest with our true selves and with one and another.

‘Shadows' are parts of our personalities that have been disowned from us in order to adapt to the environmental conditioning we have been living in, which determines traits of what’s good and what’s bad.

Shadows can be negative but also positive qualities present in our 'unconscious’ which will alway turn against us if we don’t explore them and integrate them.

This is a time of introspection where honesty with our selves and with each other is needed alongside with a departure from old conditioning and old authority.
