America's deadliest Prison Gang: The Aryan Circle
The Aryan Circle is an organized crime group; It originated in the Texas prison system in the mid-1980s. For many years it was a small group, but by 2009 it has become the second largest white supremacist gang in the Texas prison system. The Aryan Circle has four distinct segments: its Texas prison population, its federal prison population, its out-of-state prison population, and its "street" or "free world" population. The total number of Circle members is probably over 1,400, making it one of the largest white supremacist groups in the United States. Perhaps the most disturbing trend is the rapid growth in its "free world" membership, which has resulted in an epidemic of criminal activity across Texas and beyond.

The 1990s most Deadliest Hitman
The 1990s most Deadliest Hitman
A notorious Los Angeles killer from the 1990s known as "Big Evil" is eligible for parole after serving more than 25 years on charges that once landed him on death row. Cleamon "Big Evil" Johnson, 55, pleaded no contest and was convicted of a sole count of murder in a case stemming from five murders in the early 1990s, when he was the leader of a small but disproportionately violent subset of the Bloods — the 89 Family Swans — in South Los Angeles.
Johnson was once on death row at San Quentin State Prison for two of the five assignations , but racist comments made by the lead LAPD detective on the case prompted a judge to decide that Johnson would no longer be subject to the death penalty or life in prison without the possibility of parole if he was convicted at retrial. The convicted killer has already been in state prison more than 25 years, meaning he is eligible for parole now, though that does not mean he will be granted it.

Luis Felipe's brutal rule over New York's Latin Kings
Luis Felipe, also known as “King Blood”, is a Cuban-American former gang leader and the founder of the New York chapter of the Latin Kings (ALKN) street gang. Born in Havana, Cuba, Felipe came to the United States during the Mariel Boatlift in 1980. Six years later, in 1986, he established the New York chapter of the Latin Kings. Unfortunately, in 1995, he was convicted of ordering multiple homicides from prison by communicating with members of the Latin Kings outside. Judge John S. Martin Jr. sentenced him to life imprisonment plus 45 years, imposing extraordinary conditions that included serving the sentence in solitary confinement and restricting communication to only his lawyer and close relatives, of whom Felipe has none. Interestingly, Judge Martin himself took control of the case rather than the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Luis Felipe is currently incarcerated at ADX Florence, a Supermax prison in Fremont County, Colorado.

THE ARYAN BROTHERHOOD CHRONICLES: TYLER BINGHAM'S POWERFUL REIGN
THE ARYAN BROTHERHOOD CHRONICLES: TYLER BINGHAM'S POWERFUL REIGN
Tyler Bingham is a former leader of the violent white supremacist prison gang the Aryan Brotherhood that began among California inmates in 1964. It was originally nicknamed the “Diamond Tooth Gang” because of the glass shards that some members put in their teeth. The gang started as a white counterpart to African-American prison gangs when prisons began to desegregate, but has since grown to over 20,000 members. They operate on a “blood in, blood out” motto which implies that members must assault another prisoner or correctional officer to join, and the only way to leave the gang is death. At one point in the 2010s, law enforcement determined that despite being less than 0.10% of the prison population, they were responsible for 18% of prison slaughtering. Bingham rose to be a high-ranking member of the organization’s leadership council. In the early 2000s, authorities charged him and 28 other gang leaders with a litany of charges in an attempt to sentence many of them to death. In 2006, Bingham and several others were convicted of slaughter and racketeering, but federal prosecutors failed in securing the death penalty. According to the Southern Poverty Law Center, the Aryan Brotherhood today is the largest and most deadly prison gang in the United States.
