”The wave I call RÁN - The goddess of the sea ♥️🌬️🌊

She just gave me the greatest moments of my life. Moments that have been 10 years in the making; since I first set my eyes on her beauty and power.

To ride the biggest wave in Scandinavia has never been a journey or dream of conquest… it is a dream of joining forces with the sea, to achieve my greatest potential. A dream that I hope inspires as many as possible to look to our natural world to achieve their own greatness, fulfilment and connection. A loving relationship.

The sea gives and gives, each moment of each day. It asks for nothing in return, only our love and respect.

The words “thank you” won’t ever do justice to the gratitude I feel towards the team we were that day. Without whom this would not have gone down the way it did.

I could write a book about everything and everyone. To name a few:

and - the superheroes of big wave surfing. Your skill, experience, support and friendship has meant everything on this mission. I’m in awe of you both everyday.

for your dedication, creativity and patience in joining me time and time again here in the north. You’ve become one of my best friends via these endless hours of pursuit.

- a kinder, calmer and better human doesn’t exist my friend. You drove for two days with the ski in tow to make this happen. Grateful to have you in my life.
