Sunday Scaries? I don’t know her.
In fact, I LOVE Monday!
Why? It’s actually a day where we have very little meetings at work (on purpose) and no activities booked after school or in the evening. It’s my day to reset and plan for the busy week ahead.

May I suggest you do the same if your weeks and weekends are busy? If you’re feeling overwhelmed, it’s important to add some joy and rest in the areas of your life that are lacking it 🥰

I saw a video today where explains that the ‘spotlight effect’ is when something negative in your life is magnified because it’s all you see. And the only way around it is to insert something positive. My positive is rest 😇 what’s yours?

Wishing you all strength and health during these hectic holiday times 😩

Can in ask, what is in the air? Between getting sick, and just trying to survive the hectic holiday schedule… the universe has chosen to serve me A LOT on my plate this month. Not anything that I would share on social media, but suffice it to say… I’m ready to take a nice long break. I have been so busy, I haven’t even found the time to book us a sunny getaway this winter 🥺

Trying to do it all- get the family in the holiday spirit, Christmas gifts and wrapping, parties and gatherings, baking, decorating, planning Christmas schedule, planning menus and meals, sending holiday cards not because you have to buy because you want to say hello to people you miss.

And then there’s the challenge of big emotions that creep up this time of year, whether you’re single and looking for love, or you’re navigating complicated family dynamics… I see you 💕 You got this.

Thankfully, we managed to snap this family picture in record time this past weekend (seriously like 10 min). And I will be honest, we were all smile before and after, no fights! It’s a Christmas miracle!

Here’s to an authentic holiday season and very Merry Christmas 🎄🎁💕
