This scattered-site, self-guided tour is a perfect opportunity for attendees to talk to remodelers directly and see their best work.

Visitors also get the chance to view the latest in current trends and products while learning more about each remodeler and the process each one used to transform the homes of their clients. As always, these talented remodelers went above and beyond in creating these beautiful transformations.

Nine spectacular new luxury homes were on display during this year’s HomeShowExpo and the competition was fierce to see who would walk away with the show’s coveted awards, including the sought-after People’s Choice.

With expansive windows, large gourmet kitchens with functional pantries, soaring ceilings, indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces, pools and golf course simulators, the nine builders made it hard to select the favorites. Fully decorated and landscaped, these custom built luxury homes showcased some of the best ideas in the industry and they all were winners.

Sales of existing homes rose 0.6% month over month in July, but fell 2% year over year—to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 4,094,991. That’s the lowest July level in records dating back to 2012. This is according to a new report from Redfin, the technology-powered real estate brokerage.
