💥🐦 Introducing OntheCorner Early Birds 🐦 💥

Pre-orders on Bandcamp have enabled OntheCorner to push forwards and build several projects at once. They’ve always been at a competitive price point which has held at release. Introducing the Early Bird pricing and working them around Bandcamp Fridays we can offer our extended fam and supporters worldwide the first dibs on the release at a reduced price (30% on Bandcamp Friday and 20% in the run-up to release).

It’s fast approaching OntheCorner’s 10th Birthday and I’ve compiled a new edition of my Label/DJ comp Door to The Cosmos of future facing sounds from around the globe. Weathering the last two years’ tumultuous tides has forced a change of approach. Whilst tacking through personal, professional and global storms some fronts have remained beyond control.

Pressing times became prohibitively slow and soon followed rising raw materials. The cost to manufacture and produce vinyl projects has almost doubled. Whilst not wanting to pass on these costs breaking even on short run projects is more-often-than-not an insurmountable challenge. I still maintain vinyl is crucial to the wonderful projects I help bring to your ears and that are always a privilege to develop. Are CDs the tacit choice of the future?

I’m back in office after touring with Siti Muharam and a few summer festivities that ended with an all-night-long runnings at Shambala last weekend. Our EU and Worldwide fulfilment is still to lock into place but that should all be rolling during September with delayed, returned and lost items all getting to where they should be, hold tight.

I’m looking forwards to not just the next release but four or five LP projects over the next year and I hope the moderately priced Early Birds appeal whilst also getting sneak previews of what’s in store for the 10th year of OntheCorner’s exploration of Interstellar Sounds.
