In the heart of East Hartford, a young pup was found tied to a guardrail, close to Route 2 East. This poor creature was showing alarming neurological symptoms. The culprit? Ma*****na toxicity. Yes, you read that right. This innocent dog was left with no food or water, just a head full of THC. How terrible is that?
