Sometimes you have to get low and listen for Hope. The first part of 2022, my process from healing of a concussion had taken a toll on me. Overwhelmed by the feeling of anxiety and grief.

I struggled to cope with chronic pain and post-concussional syndrome had left me feeling lost. The person I used to be seemed a distant memory, and it was overwhelming. Every day felt like an uphill battle, and the weight was too heavy to carry. The weight was suffocating.

One serene morning, the emptiness in the house mirrored the emotions swirling within me. In that moment of vulnerability, I found solace in worship, letting my heart pour out as a spontaneous song from the beautiful, was playing in the background amidst the silence of an empty house on the floor. Face down. Sometimes, it’s in our most vulnerable moments that we find strength.

As I crumbled and felt it tearing out from my chest. Pouring out everything as sobs shook my body- It was in that very same moment, In the depths of despair, I heard whispers of hope. Breakthrough emerged. Sometimes, we have to get low and listen for Hope.

Hope has a sound . .

It revives
It breaks through despair
It heals

In the midst of darkness, hope has a name—Jesus. It was on that morning, on the floor I heard hope and felt His presence like never before. In every struggle, His unwavering love remains our anchor, guiding us through the storms.

In challenging times, it’s important to remember that hope can be found even in the quietest moments. Sometimes you just have to get low and listen for it.

Making the leap from retail to entrepreneurship was both nerve-wracking and exhilarating, but it turned out to be the best move I’ve ever made. Trusting in God’s plan led me to greater success and fulfillment.

*I was tired of long hours, and feeling like I was missing out on life.

*I was tired of living paycheck to paycheck.

*I was tired of fulfilling someone else’s dream.

In order for there to be change, something needs to change.

It was time for me to follow God’s leading, step out of my comfort zone and take a leap towards growth.

What if . .

You took 10 dimes, two .50 cent pieces – ONE DOLLAR 💵

💫Believed in yourself, and joined my team.

💫You don’t have to be a Pro– just have a passion & grit.

“Life is better when you are laughing! 🤣 Don’t forget to take time to enjoy the little things in life and give yourself permission to have a good laugh. It’s the best medicine for the soul and can help you find joy in even the most challenging times.

When I was healing from a concussion it was the hardest thing to overcome. I didn’t talk about the pain I was going through at that time, but I will tell you that having good people around me made healing easier!

Surrounding yourself with those that are filled with joy, who have an optimistic mindset changes the atmosphere. Friends that’ll fling their head back and enjoy a good laugh with you are people you want in your life.

Don’t forget to take time to enjoy the little things in life and give yourself permission to have a good laugh. It’s the best medicine for the soul and can help you find joy in even the most challenging times( See how I repeated my self, there? 🤣 Good aheadand laugh Ha Ha 🤩🤩! ! )

Remember, laughter is good therapy 💛

I’ve seen what miracles can happen when we pray. 🙏🏻 God has been my rock through the toughest of times, and I’m grateful for the strength and courage he has given me. 💕 Prayer is such a powerful thing. When life overwhelms us and we feel like we are losing our grip on the situation, worship is the key to shifting our perspective and our atmosphere.

Worship helps us to take our eyes off of our surroundings and focus back onto Jesus.

Sis, here’s the tea ☕️ . . . Prepping is key for a flawless foundation application. So, I’m here to the rescue 🛟

Here’s some Pro Tips:

💫Moisturize: Not only is it good, it’s also essential for your overall finish. Doing so will do two things; It will hydrate and smoothen your skin for a more even foundation application. Second, hydrating skin will help your skin look less dull- Try Daylight facial cream (shameless plug 💁‍♀️) it’s lightweight formula will leave your skin feeling clean and clear 😎

💫Primer: This part gets skipped often (we can’t do that Sis 😍) Not only does priming smoothens your skin and blurs your pores, but it also brightens your skin. Try Smart primer( shameless plus #2 💁‍♀️) For all-day wear , this will help in creating a smooth, even canvas .

I, also found that allowing my moisturizer and primer to settle in my skin as I do my eye make up, helps in a flawless make up application overall.

Try these tips the next time you apply your make up, and you’ll see a complete difference with the overall finish of your look.
