To all Moxie families and supporters: a critical OTA update is now available for your Moxie robot. It’s essential that you turn on your Moxie now and keep it running to ensure this update can install. Doing this today will prepare Moxie for a future solution that allows her to operate without depending on the cloud.

We’ve heard your concerns, and while we continue seeking long-term answers, this is a vital first step. Please don’t wait. Your immediate action will keep the door open for Moxie’s ongoing companionship.
