12 years ago, the 20th fell on a weekend...
I woke up early-ish, it was a day just like any other day... I was a bit hung over from St Pattys libations... I poured a cup of coffee ☕️
Sat down to watch the news in my moms living room.
(I must have been living there still)
It was about two stories in on channel 25 and for some reason. I see my brother's house and find the cops had shot someone there...
Before I could process what I was seeing I received a call from my step mom, went outside to answer it and have a smoke.
I made a joke about when I could visit him and if he was in hospital or jail.... No laugh on the other end just a deep trembling breath.
It took a moment for her to gather herself, and in a broken and cracking voice she managed to force the words out... "He's gone"
My brother Eric was dead 💔
That's the day that killed my soul and broke my spirit. I've never been the same and never will be. We miss you Eric Stafford, thank you for watching over all who loved you. We hope we're making you proud, we're doing the best we can with out you here 😔
Like I said speaking of Robert Trainor a few days ago, we are all better for knowing you and having you in our life. Thank you for all you taught us and thank you for making me a better man.

Here is the Lob Williams record I did. I flipped it from this Timelords record I got last year! I didn't have much to work with on the flip but it was fun. I feel like the song is too slow for a hype video but there were plenty of highlights to pick from! I could spend hours messing with the mix and video but I have to get to Bpston for the game! They told me worst case scenario they'll be shipping in December due to high volume of orders but hopefully we're still looking at Novemeber sometime. I'll keep you guys in the loop. This limited edition, hand-numbered, 7in 45 rpm vinyl gives you a peek inside the mind of Jazzscapez. His gritty bars and raw beats were meant to be put on wax and it may be short and sweet but that doesn't mean you can't listen over and over. We managed to pack 4 joints on this 45 which you will receive digitally. You will also get the instrumental version of the previously unreleased Eye of The Wicked with purchase.
