We regretfully announced that we will not be participating in the event scheduled for tomorrow, Friday, October 17, 2025, at Glee.

​This decision is made out of deep respect and in full solidarity with the people of Kenya as the nation observes a period of seven days of national mourning following the passing of former Prime Minister, the Right Honourable Raila Amolo Odinga.

​The declaration of tomorrow, Friday, October 17th, as a Public Holiday for the State Funeral Service further underscores the solemnity of this period. We believe it is appropriate to suspend all non-essential activities and allow our members, partners, and the nation to collectively mourn and reflect on his enduring legacy.

​We extend our deepest condolences to the Odinga family, the leadership of the Azimio la Umoja–One Kenya Coalition Party, and all the people of Kenya during this difficult time.

​Details regarding the future date of our participation and any other planned engagements will be communicated once the national mourning period has concluded.

​May the soul of the Right Honourable Raila Amolo Odinga rest in eternal peace.

The best thing we can all do is stay informed and get checked. Early detection can increase survival rates by up to 90%!

As we go through the month of October, we’ll be diving deeper into the signs to look out for, what to do, and where to get checked. Let’s keep learning and spreading awareness together 💕
