|| Its the Defending Foundation Cup Champions Hua Siong College of Iloilo against Capiz’ St. Joseph Tech-Voc Center in the Finals of the Bingawan Foundation Cup-Season IV (2023 Preseason High School Basketball Premier Tournament). Fresh from winning the Chairman’s Cup-National Tournament led by Finals MVP JID LOCSIN last week, it is the 3rd Finals Appearance for HUA SIONG and the first time for ST. JOSEPH to join the Tournament.
