This past week we were devastated upon hearing the news regarding the house fire here in Pierre. Many know that Betty was a long time board member and has always been a strong advocate for the Y. She is also one of the main reasons that we were able to get the Farm Island Triathlon back up and going last year, helping to serve on the planning committee.

We are proud to announce that this year we will be donating the proceeds from the race to her and her family to help during this difficult time.

Join us on Saturday August 5th for the Riverman/Riverwoman and also Riverkid Triathlon. We will have 2 adult distances (Sprint and Olympic) as well as 2 kid divisions.
