El Grupo Animation and Story Workshop Pencils. Erasers. Imagination. El Grupo Animation and Story Workshop is a team of 2D animators in production on NOSFURRATU, a 2D short. Come join us.

The El Grupo Story and Animation Workshop was started 3 years ago by Traditional Animation Basics students from the American Animation Institute, Burbank, CA. Members pitched ideas among themselves to improve their story telling skills, and "Nosfurratu", an original tale of horror, was chosen as a project for production. There are currently 30 members working on this project, in all phases of trad

itional animation, from Layout, Animation, Clean Up, CGI animation and modeling, Visual Effects, Ink & Paint, Backgrounds, After Effects and Compositing. Two members are working remotely (Texas & New Jersey). Members working on this cartoon continue to refine their drawing and production skills in a friendly environment where traditional artists have a chance to develop their 2D Animation skills and the main tools are pencils, erasers and imagination.
