The Afghan Experience is just getting started! 🔥 So far, we’ve explored taboos, culture, and the questions we’re rarely “permitted” to ask. I’ve been adding my voice, but this is a shared journey, and I’d love to know what else are you looking for from The Afghan Experience podcast? Your thoughts matter, so please share below 👇

Freeing myself from the weight of others’ expectations has given my inner child the space to breathe, laugh, and feel truly alive. It hasn’t made me careless, but rather more intentional about honoring who I really am. I’ve realized that the only approval I need is from the person in the mirror. Reclaiming my power and embracing my truth means living fearlessly as my most authentic self. The journey hasn’t been easy, but the freedom of being unapologetically me is worth every step.🕊️ The moment you release what holds you back, you finally start feeling more like you than ever before.🌸💪
