* WHAT...Mixed precipitation and blowing snow expected. Total snow accumulations up to two inches and ice accumulations up to a few hundredths of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes.

* WHAT...Heavy snow and blowing snow possible. There is a 60 percent chance of at least 6 inches of snow, with a low chance of exceeding 8 inches. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of north central North Dakota and the James River Valley.
* WHEN...From 3 PM CST this afternoon through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes.
