In 2006 Scroobius Pip quit his job in HMV and had 1000 copies of the debut album "No Commercial Breaks" pressed. The label name he put on them was "Speech Development Records". They had no barcodes and a made up a catalogue number...
In 2011 that birth was rebooted when he released "Distraction Pieces". It had a catalogue number. You could buy it in shops. Speech Development Records was officially

Dolan ‘August 22-Sep 8 i'll be traveling around the UK, saying hello to lots of folks I've missed terribly and sharing lots of new stories, thoughts and songs! Here's another sneak peak at my ongoing recording and preparation process, as this platform seems to like those.This song (and tour) are called "Modified Warrior", which is a phrase I first heard from the good people at @rootsspecialty physical therapy + yoga awhile ago. It's been a long and often difficult recovery process over the last 3 years, and their care / knowledge / attention have been absolutely vital to getting me back up & running.They got this yoga pose, right.. called Warrior 2. Which involves straightening your arms and gazing over your middle finger from the side. Except my neck no longer goes that way.So, the solution is to "modify" the pose to fit your body.Hence, "modified warrior" pose. Get it? We making hard ass raps about yoga now. Grown up sh*t, get into it.
