Word 'Em Up Radio Network The Word Em Up Radio Network was jointly created by musicians and hosts Indigo Soul, Jane R. Gee, and Plain Jayne as a means to promote underground music.

Launched in early April 2013, Word Em Up Radio Network was created in an effort to help promote underground music and the arts. We are dedicated to not only keeping great underground music in the rotation, but to fostering artist collaboration and keeping our listeners aware of the changes in the world that affect them and their posterity. Our ever-expanding roster of shows include "The Inkspot" (

Spoken Ink), a live spoken word poetry show hosted by Indigo in which poets are encouraged to call in and recite or send in audio of their poetry and "The Showcase," a show that serves as a listening session for underground artists who've recently released an album, EP, or mixtape. Additionally, we are the home of "The Naked Truth," a newly-launched show that serves as a social commentary and is hosted by Conscious Thoughts in addition to the insights of his young co-host Syd, who offers her unique perspective on world events through the eyes of a high school freshman. Rounding out the Word Em Up line-up is "Jane & Jayne Live From The Bunker," an eclectic mix of hip hop, randomness, and overall awesome."
