So, the instro cat was let out of the bag at this year's SG101 festival... Yeah there is a new vinyl release by THE FATHOMS and DRACULINA! Both artists team up for a limited edition split 7" EP in truly sparkling transparent blue with pink splatter vinyl. Plus gorgeous cover art from Russian vintage art meister ROCKIN' EUGENE (Fathoms side) and Colombian pinup artist RUTTU (Draculina side)! Fathoms fans, these killer reverb-soaked tunes are the band's first new songs in years and a taste of more good stuff coming from them later in 2024 and all feature the classic band lineup of Frankie Blandino (lead guitar), John Sciascia (bass) and Stan Kozlowski (drums), who are joined by Rob Amaral (second guitar) and Sax Gordon (saxophone). The Draculina tracks feature Polina Draculina on bass, Larry Mullins (Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, Swans) on drums/keys/percussion, Evan Foster (Boss Martians, The Sonics) on guitars, and Chris Barfield (The Finks, Huntington Cads) on even more guitars! A limited number of these EPs are autographed by Polina Draculina. Also available is a new Draculina T-shirt and poster with Ruttu's devilish artwork.
