CosGRRRL is a Medium publication which uses the lenses of science fiction and fantasy to explore, celebrate, and prompt humanity forward in our journey to understanding our place and purpose in the Universe. We believe the nerdier genres are genetically engineered to fight the Evil in our daily modern society by turning our conversations towards justice, equality, unity, hope, respect, and by chal

lenging blind abuse of technology. Sci-fi and fantasy teach us to ask “what if?” — and they show us that when we are unified in our diversity, we are strong. We publish content in five categories: essays, reviews, humor, cospoetry, and (fan+)fiction. Our editorial guidelines revolve around one rule: You love what you love.
