Asking for help is not always easy and can be especially challenging for those of us who have had traumatic, negative, mixed, or empty results in the past.

What area of your life would you say is the hardest for you to ask others for help? Do you have areas that are easier?

👏 P.S. You are definitely not alone! Know that your experiences are valid and you deserve and are worthy of seeking the help you need.

Happy Monday, Mighties! ☺️

Let’s talk about the things we love to collect — whether they’re interesting, entertaining, meaningful, visually appealing, or simply bring us joy. This could be anything from products and objects to books, cards, crystals, digital media, or other fun treasures. :sparkles:

What’s something you enjoy collecting? 💕

When we put ourselves out there and broaden our horizons, we’re allowing our curiosity to take the lead (that can be scary, but rewarding!). This can look like: learning a new language, trying a different type of art or cuisine, taking a chance on an entirely new career path, or dabbling with a new-to-us movement or exercise.

What topics, skills, or hobbies spark your curiosity? What interests you most?

Mighties, imagine there was a class that helped you better prepare for living with your specific health conditions. Wouldn’t that have been so helpful? What would that class be called?

Here’s the truth: The relationships we have with others help us build community and connection with the world around us.

This is also the truth: Some relationships in our lives will naturally be closer than others and have different standards, but overall they each have their own level of significance to us and our needs. Those relationships can be with family and friends, coworkers, neighbors, teachers and classmates, or even our health care teams.

Out of the relationships in your life, which ones do you nurture the most? What does that nurturing look like?
