We may have been shooting a video, but the Spirit was undeniably thick in that warehouse. What does it take to worship with abandonement? Ask these people, because they were there to cry out through song, with tears in their eyes, and passion in their hearts!….And we made a video about it.

Animator/2D Motion Graphics Designer.

*Summary Of Role*: We are in search of an experienced 2D motion graphics designer/animator to join the production team at Lot 35 Productions. You will be required to brainstorm, storyboard, design, and animate visuals that match the Executive Producer or Director’s vision in a creative way. You will play an important role in the success of the production team as the content we produce is the face of our company.

*Responsibilities*:
- Work closely with the Director and Associate Creative Director on all visual animations
- Work closely with a project manager and animators to ensure all deadlines are met
- Manage multiple jobs simultaneously
- Present visual concepts and ideas in an organized, compelling, effective manner
- Provide general assistance to the team with ongoing projects
- Knowledge and understanding of typography is essential

- Ensure brand guidelines and directives are embraced and adhered to in all executions
- Ability to work and create independently, but also interpret, execute and improve upon other team members concepts and ideas
- Stay up to date on all necessary programs (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere)
- 3D animation experience is a plus but not a requirement for this position.
- Continue to learn new tools and techniques that can be applied to your animations, typography, composition and storytelling abilities
- Design with ingenuity and a passion to bring new, modern, and creative trends to life
- Able to work quickly and independently in a fast paced environment, while still delivering great work.
- Open to direction, mentoring, and training to improve skills

*Qualifications*:
- High school degree or GED;
- Creative decision-making skills.
- Strong portfolio of animation/motion graphics experience
- Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
- Ability to work daily in creative studio environment
- Outstanding experience with Adobe CC including Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Enhanced knowledge of file organization and conversion.
- Creative thinker with excellent time management skills.

*WORK Environment*:* This position will function in a collaborative studio environment. There will be certain occasions that the employee will be able to work from home, if gear and internet are sufficient enough.

We are so honored to have Co-Produced and Directed this mornings live from the Ryman performance of Carrie Underwood's "My Savior" album. This is one our favorite productions that we have ever worked on, and I can't wait to share it with the World. These vocals are ridiculous... trust me, we have sat through all of the rehearsals. Nick Whitehouse and Fireplay knocked it out of the park with us. Thanks Rob Dennis for being our camp friend during the process!
