To the listeners of The Jazz Factor:

It appears that our little show is no longer to be included in the regularly scheduled weekly lineup at 98.5 CKWR. Last week's show didn't air and its unclear whether or not we'll be returning in the foreseeable future.

For those who have questions, you're not alone. As I look for answers I remain hopeful that this situation will soon be resolved. Meanwhile, I'd like to thank 98.5 CKWR for allowing me to share my love of jazz and community with you for these past 16 years. It's been a great honour to serve this marvellous institution alongside my fellow broadcasters and I wish them nothing but the best of everything moving forward.

For now, as it seems the decision has made, we must simply make the most of it.

Starting in September, we'll be blending The Jazz Factor into my other jazz show (which continues to air on Midtown Radio between 4 and 5pm each and every Saturday). Naturally, we will also continue to post links to your events as well.
