🕰️ Embracing Time in 2023 🌟

Life moves fast, and it's easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle. 🏃‍♀️💨 But recently, I've been pondering the concept of time. ⏳

A book I recently read made me realize that when we're constantly busy, always thinking about our to-do lists, we tend to rush through life, and time slips away. But here's the incredible twist: ⏰ When we slow down and fully experience both the mundane and exciting aspects of life, time actually starts to slow down for us. It creates a more well-rounded and enriching experience.

So, as 2023 unfolds, I want to change that. I want to savor every moment, no matter how ordinary it seems.

I want to fully experience the joy of cooking bacon for my husband in the morning 🥓, find contentment in folding clothes on a Sunday afternoon 🧺, relish the warmth of the sun on my skin, feeling the breeze through my hair ☀️ and I want to be present for every client meeting, giving them my undivided attention 🤝.

Let's make 2023 a year of mindfulness, gratitude, and cherishing the beauty of every moment. ❤️

🌍✨ The Heart of My Why: Family Adventures in Retirement 🌟❤️

As I embark on this journey towards financial freedom and embrace the "Golden 50," I wanted to take a moment to share with you all the driving force behind my endeavor - my WHY.

For me, it's all about the joy of family and the adventures we can share together. My husband, my kids, and my grandkids mean the world to me. They are my source of inspiration, my motivation, and the very essence of my happiness. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦💖

I envision retirement as a time when I can create lasting memories with my loved ones, exploring the wonders of the world together. ✈️🌎 From hiking in breathtaking natural landscapes to strolling through charming cities, from savoring exotic cuisines to immersing ourselves in different cultures – I want to experience it all with my family by my side. 🌟

It's not just about seeing the world; it's about witnessing the world through the eyes of my grandchildren, sharing stories with my kids, and cherishing those precious moments with my husband. These adventures will be a testament to the love and connection we share as a family. 🥰🌄

So, as I work diligently on building my passive income endeavor, I do so with the clear vision of these future adventures in mind. 🌍 Taking a moment today to talk about the magic of grounding. Ever felt like life’s pace is too fast, and everything’s just a whirlwind? Grounding, or connecting directly with the Earth, is like hitting the reset button. 🌳 Whether it’s walking barefoot on the grass, hugging a tree, or simply sitting by a stream, grounding helps us absorb the Earth's energy, recalibrate our systems, and find our inner balance. 🍂 It’s a reminder that we are a part of this vast universe and not apart from it. This is my daughter. I could not be prouder. These are HER words.

Let’s take “breast cancer awareness month” and turn it into more than just being aware that the disease exists and is quite literally everywhere. Why aren’t we being helped to be healthy BEFORE we get sick? Why aren’t we being told about herbs, supplements, wellness habits (infared, saunas, cold plunge, grounding, iv drips, enemas, castor oil, parasite cleanses, juicing, breathwork, etc), decreasing inflammation with foods + gut health, alkalizing the body before we are prescribed a pill.

The healthcare system is a corrupt system. It’s a system of masking symptoms and never treating the root cause so that you become a patient + STAY a patient.
Hospitals will tell you “it’s bad luck” + tell you chemo, rads + surgery are the only way. (That’s what I was told).

KNOWN carcinogens are still being put in our foods, household products, beauty products, body products, clothes, etc!

Our drinking water is absolutely filthy.

Any naturopathic help (that I’ve come across) is 100% out of pocket. Insurance won’t touch it because it is not scientifically proven.

Early detection is key, but PREVENTION is better. PREVENTION IS BETTER. And disease or not…cancer or not…we should all be taking better care of ourselves. We are worthy of good self care + so are our children. And this is where you come in. To advocate for yourself…to get hungry for knowledge that you have to go searching for. To make health a priority. To make choices that align with good physical, mental + spiritual health!

Gratitude is more than just saying "thank you." It's an inner acknowledgment of the goodness that exists in our lives, even amidst challenges. Here's why it’s so vital:

Mental Health: Counting our blessings and focusing on the positive can shift our mindset. It helps combat negative patterns of thinking, reduces stress, and fosters resilience. When we choose gratitude, we're choosing a happier mental state. 🧠💭

Hey beautiful souls!

In the hustle and bustle of life, it's so easy to put ourselves last. But today, I want to remind everyone (including myself!) about the profound importance of self-care. Taking time for ourselves isn't a luxury, it's a necessity. 🌿

When we honor ourselves with moments of care, love, and reflection, we recharge not just our bodies, but our minds and spirits too. It's in these moments that we truly connect with our inner selves, understanding our needs, desires, and dreams. 💭
