Walt Disney World Marathon
Are you looking for a fun race or an ideal first Marathon 🏃? If so, check out the Walt Disney World Marathon Orlando, Florida. It is not your typical race! This provides you an opportunity to run 26.2 miles (42.2 kilometers) through all 4 of the Walt Disney World theme parks and the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. However, what really sets this race apart are all the surprises you encounter on the race course and the overall positive energy!

P.S. – If you’re looking for even more fun challenge, check out the Dopey Challenge. It combines 4 days of running/races, including the Marathon, for a total of 48.6 miles (5K, 10, Half Marathon and Full Marathon). Plus, you get a total of 6 metals! To my surprise, there was a significant contingent of racers competing in the challenge – most of which were first time marathoners. I’ll have to check this out next year!

Dubai!
Do you know the Cloud City from the planet Bespin from Star Wars, the Empire Strikes Back? Well, Dubai 🇦🇪 is a living replica of this fantasy city. Fortunately, there is no Storm Troopers here… although watch out for those Tusken Raiders.
While traveling ✈️ to India 🇮🇳, we had a 12-hour layover in Dubai. Although we got in late the night 🌃
before, we took full advantage of the next day to explore the city 🏙. From the stunning Barj Khalifa, massive Dubai Mall, charming Jumeirah Market and charming Barj Al Arab. Its hard to believe that this was once a fish village now turned cosmopolitan city and true desert oasis 🐪.
I’m sure we’ll see you soon Dubai!

New York City Triathlon
I’ve been wanting to make this video 📹 for a while. This is a brief overview of the 2XU New York City Triathlon, which happened to be my first triathlon 🏊🚴🏃. This was such a unique experience! I thought to share some personal insights into the training and the race itself. Nothing can be more fun than swimming in the Hudson River and surviving!
