The fire hose is wide open with 2 more pushes of very wet conditions for the Sierra. Snow levels are very high and will lower slightly this week (6-7K). Western Idaho including Sun Valley (south winds prime the Wood River Valley) will benefit with dense snow. Tetons also (mid to upper). Later this week a strong cold front finally brings the snow levels down for CA (Thursday night) with a cold moderate storm possible for the central and northern Rockies (WY, UT, CO). Arctic air will push extremely cold temps into the Rockies later this week. -5 to -10F at higher elevations with wind chills near -20 or lower. Snow will favor the eastern Rockies, perhaps Red Lodge in MT and the Front Range foothills near Boulder (5-10). The western mountains get lighter totals (MT, WY, UT) however it's possible that areas of I-70 still see moderate amounts (3-6) west of the Divide. Areas near Missoula might also perform.
