Here's a short glimpse of what happened yesterday at the seminar about Mental Health and Self-Care at STI LP Multipurpose Hall! Students not only listened to the speaker but also engaged in fun activities that fostered interaction with their peers. The seminar served as a platform for open dialogue and support, encouraging individuals to take care of their mental health and advocate for themselves and others. We are very glad to be part of this event that creates awareness and breaking the stigma associated with it, prioritize your mental health!
