Just watched the video of Senator Chiz and Heart, kaya pala gusto mabawasan ang holidays kasi nag babayad na nga ng 13th month pay mag babayad pa ng double pay kapag holidays ang mga companies. So parang ang dating sa akin mas maganda mabawasan ang holidays para ang mga kumpanya ay di na mag dagdag ng bayad sa mga empleyado. Tsk tsk! So pro employers pala sila hindi pro employees.

Dahil daw hindi tayo competitive naungusan na tayo ng India bilang no.1 BPO. So para competitive tayo wag na tayo mag holidays. Kaya walang nag i-invest sa atin dahil sa red tape, corruption etc. Baguhin nyo po yang mga bagay na yan para madaming foreign investments. Para madami mag outsource sa Pilipinas.

Tapos sabi sa video hindi naman daw babawasan, di na lang daw nila dadagdagan. So mali pala yung mga news outlets like GMA and ABS-CBN ng intindi. O baka mali din ako ng intindi? 😅😂 Susunod na kongreso na daw bahala doon.

Sa Pilipinas daw mahigit isang buwan daw ang holidays. So dahil dito naging less competitive daw tayo. Kung BPO kasi, karamihan naman nag tatrabaho pa din ng holidays eh. Konti lang ang nasa BPO na walang pasok ng holidays. Critical Working Day pa nga kami madalas kapag holidays.

Pwede po ba, mag focus na lang kayo sa mga mas importanteng issues ng bansa tulad ng Corruption, War on drugs, Inflation, kung paano yung mga kalakal ng mga magsasaka makaabot sa mga cities. Pababain ang mga bilihin.

Mag isip po tayo sa 2025 ah! Botohan na ulit.
