It’s been a wonderful few days launching the new RAD retrospective book. Thank you to everyone who came to take a look and reconnect with friends and skate family. The exhibition will be open until 6.00 pm Sunday 21st July.

Less than three weeks to go! Teaming up with .calling.skateboardinguk for the launch of the newly published READ AND DESTROY Skateboarding Through A British Lens ‘78 to ‘95.
Four days of events in London starting with an RAD PHOTO EXHIBITION opening night (venue TBC) 6.00 pm, 11th July,
followed by a BOOK SIGNING (including ‘80s and ‘90s re-issue boards for sale) 6.00pm, 12th July, a RAD photographers and designers FORUM hosted by and 3.00-6.00, 13th July, (strictly limited 180 places, ticket link TBC), AFTER PARTY 7.00 pm -1.00 am, 13th July. All rounded off with a wind-down skate session , all day 11.00 onwards, 14th July. Bring the jump ramp!

Reeling it back to the early days of skateboarding sneaking it’s way into BMX Action Bike. Back in 86, Powell Am, Adrian Demain made a solo mission to the U.K. hitting Farnborough, Crystal Palace, Southbank and Mon’s ramp amongst others. Here’s an unpublished shot of Adrian hucking a butter smooth method over the long-gone Southbank loading door banks.
