Homegrown Mindanao dance group, Orawquieta Krump Movement (OKM), is gearing up to represent the Philippines at the prestigious World Supremacy Battleground Asia (WSB Asia) x Homeground Singapore, happening from January 26 to 28, 2024. And cheering them on every step of the way is Laong Laan: Digital Creative Hub, Dapitan's champion of local talent and creativity.

OKM, a powerhouse crew known for their electrifying energy and innovative choreography, earned their spot at WSB Asia through sheer talent and dedication. Now, with Laong Laan's unwavering support, they're ready to battle it out against the best dance crews from across Asia.

"Laong Laan supported us through our journey to WBS," says Joshua Zacal, Captain of the crew and former member of the Lundayan Dance Troupe of Jose Rizal Memorial State University. "Their belief in our potential and their commitment to showcasing Filipino talent on the global stage gives us the strength and motivation to push our limits."

Together with Zacal are OKM's crew members John Emilio A. Cerera, Ianna Kaye M. Ricaborda, Ken Andrie E. Tac-an, Jess Jr B. Talaroc, Liahona T. Alijay , Mike I. Corral and Romel A. Alijay.

Recognizing OKM's exceptional talent and drive, the Hub stepped in to provide crucial support in raising funds so that they will be able to come up with the financial requirements for the competition.
