Grateful for the privilege of being a mom to these four. ✨ Watching them grow and become unique little humans has been the greatest gift of my life. But being a mom has also taught me so much about myself. They have challenged me, inspired me, and helped me grow into the person I want to be. So here's to my four little teachers - thank you for showing me the beauty of unconditional love, the power of resilience, and the joy of living life to the fullest. I’m so proud to be your mom 💗🫶🏼

Besties for the resties 💛👫 These two little rascals may only be 17 months apart, but they're already each other's bff and partners in crime. Watching them grow and play together is a constant source of joy and entertainment for us. The age small gap is hard, but definitely worth it. - ABNW was required summer reading in high school and it was one that I actually read every single page instead of the cliff notes. I still bring it up in conversations 20 years later.
- Most people probably have no idea about cry outside, but it was pinacle for me in nyc. I’ve read it at least 3x since leaving just to reminisce about my other life in corporate fashion.
- Suze Orman helped me achieve all of my financial goals in my early 20’s and Love is a Mixtape helped me grow in my long term relationship at 23.
- unpopular opinion but EPL was ruined when it became a movie so we’ll just leave it at that.

Felt like the disco tree needed to be documented on the feed. I just added a few larger ones to the mantle so the light bounces around the room all day long now making it feel pretty darn magical. ✨🪩 Feels a little surreal that we’re only a couple days out from Christmas, doesn’t it?! I love this time of year! One of my favorite things ever as a kid was when I got to help my mom wrap gifts. My boys are the same way and they truly enjoy picking thoughtful gifts for their teachers. After a busy week, a lazy weekend is just what we needed! It was so fun to just hang out with the kids without having too much to do, and these moments are best celebrated with a treat made with the littles! I loved spending the afternoon with my little ice princess trying out this recipe - perfect for any time of year. She had a blast helping me stir the JELL-O, make the snowman sticks and sprinkling the snowflakes on top of the yummy snow. Aden recently turned 9 and he asked me if we could update his room to make it feel a little more like "him". We've been working on some small updates throughout the summer like paint, swapping out artwork + rug, and adding in a new desk + chair. The very last thing on the list was bedding and I was so happy to find everything I needed at Kohl's! The sheets, comforter and even his new gaming pillow all came from their kids’ home department and I was so impressed not only with the design, but the quality too! It made it so easy to revamp his room with everything he likes and I think we're both so SO happy with how it turned out.

Currently we’re in the throws of potty training, but are definitely the only choice we make when it comes to naps or night-time sleep. Big changes happening for this big girl! I knew I’d be sad to transition her out of the crib, but like, where did my baby go?! 💗
I had a few of you ask in the DM’s how I knew it was time for her to move onto a toddler bed. I’m no expert by any means, but here’s a few tips after successfully transitioning my four:
* Go with your gut. You’ll know it’s time and they’ll let you know it’s time - for us it was climbing out of the crib, frequent night wakings / hitting the rails (outgrew it), moving in with a sibling (bunk beds) or for this girl, she wanted to be able to cuddle at bedtime.
* Do it when nothing else is going on. In other words, don’t potty train and transition at the same time. This age can be tough growth wise, don’t make it harder on you by doing more than one thing at a time. Our next one is losing the pacis and then time for the toilet!
* Know a good sleeper/listener when you see one. I knew this would be easy for Kamryn because she loves to comply. If I need to talk into the monitor and tell her to get back in her bed, she’ll immediately run and lay down. She also loves her sleep just like her mama! It’s rare that I have to fight her go night night.
* Keep to your schedules and don’t fuss! Try not to draw too much attention to the “change”, but do emphasize how happy you are that they’re becoming such a big girl/boy. Typically they’ll want to do more of what makes mama happy. 😊
Some other tips are just to make sure the room is toddler safe so if they do wake up and wander around in the bedroom, you won’t need to worry. This means all furniture being secured to the walls, windows locked, door handles deterred, outlets protected, etc.
This is so much easier than it looks, so don’t let it scare you! Sending all the sleepy toddler dust your way ✨

Fall Movie Night!! 🍿🍂 My kids absolutely loved this! I rearranged our @stayhomebody couch to make it nice and cozy for a family movie night. I also got some fun snacks and added a little decorations + lights! I love that our Homebody coach is fully modular which made it easy to customize exactly what we had in mind for this space.
