Hey everyone! Happy Monday! We have started seeing some new faces here, so we thought that we would introduce ourselves again! Organized Soundz is a DJ duo of husband and wife, Michael and Tessney Merritt. Both born and raised in Kentucky, we now reside in Berea, KY. Michael has DJ'd for many years including weddings, parties, reunions, and playing bowling alleys and bars. When we got together, I (Tessney) started tagging along and helping since I came from a music background from years of concert and marching band and studied music production for a bit. That's when Organized Soundz was formed. We have been together almost 11 years, and married almost 9. Music is a huge part of our lives, we regularly attend concerts and festivals quite often (pre covid). We are huge family people and though we have no kids of our own, we have 2 rescue dogs (Ginger & Sasha) and 4 rescue cats (Brewster, Penelope, Roxie, and Ruby) inside, as well as feed all the neighborhood kitties and wild critters like opossums, skunks, and fox on our porch. We are huge animal people. Michael works in the office at Gates Hyundai and Tessney is disabled, so it's nice that we can do this on the side together. We really enjoy getting to help make people's events more special and personal and share the joy with you! We appreciate each of you who have let us be apart of your events and just wanted to say it's lovely to see you again. We'd love to hear from you, help us out by leaving a review!
