Kids are honest and easily excited, but only when its authentic and comes naturally. They will walk as soon as you are boring them…

The last 24-48 hours was such a fun and exciting time for me to wrap up the Black Friday sale, but also help my team hit their goals.

If you saw my STORIES… i flooded them in REAL TIME with all the rank ups, PROMOTIONS and big deals.

Not sorry about that at all. 👏🏻

I’ll be honest a majority of the conversations are boring to him, and he plays around me, and do his happy thing while I’m doing mine. Together we balance the reality of working and playing!

But when the momentum our team has created starts to erupt, and goals are about to be met ——which is financially impacting our people in the best way, we’re not playing around.

Yesterday the alerts were popping up on my phone and “HIS IPAD” (I’ve gotta UN-synch those devices) and we were FaceTiming and speakerphone conversating throughout the day to make sure everyone was supported, and aware of how close they are to their goals.

He’s my reason why I’ll stay up until 2am to hit business goals, but the people in my organization are just as enjoyable and worth that time and effort too!

Congratulations to everyone on this team who left nothing on the table in the month of November.

Mack is shouting out CONGRATULATIONS especially to the people who :

•Worked a 16 hour shift in the hospital and walked in the door and enrolled a new person at midnight.

•Recommended the best supplements to someone who is desperately needing to feel better from a referral that they don’t personally know.

•Who had a customer who trusts the products to order again, and dove into the discounted sale.

•Who just started their business this month and enrolled two preferred customers and a business partner, and now today has a new business partner joining her.

TW: Maternal Mortality

As the sun is rising and I get to have another day here on Earth, with my son sitting on my lap another woman and mother does not.

It pulls my heart into my stomach to see again and again an obituary just days after she has given birth, leaving behind a husband, toddler, newborn and family.

My appreciation for pregnancy, child birth, women’s bodies and the miracle of life took on new importance during and after the traumatic childbirth of my own son.

I thank God every day that we are here, but more and more women (and babies) are not and the sudden loss of their lives are often left unanswered. The major limitation in examining maternal mortality is that there is no single national system in the U.S. for collecting maternal mortality data.

OH BABY BABY… the stars ✨ are shining for you!

Today we got to surprise sprinkle my dear friend Brittney McLaughlin] on her baby boy that will ne here in December. Victoria McKeon] reached out to all of her people and said- hey we’re doing this, and we all knew that she would be caught off guard but also deeply touched. Let’s make it happen!

I know Britt from SJU but when we were both pregnant during the same season of life, we used to late night text even though she was living in Colorado at the time. Then she surprised me and said WERE MOVING BACK…. Little did I know we would sell our house the next august and be a street up and over from her.

She gracefully and lovingly introduced to me her family and friends- although Carly M.] and my hubby are buddies in their own way, it’s been so wonderful to get to know this group of women.

Since then I’ve been able to have some really fun mom dates, celebrate new babies in the mix, and just really enjoy the minimal time I do get to spend as a mom, with some solid women.

What a week, month and year it has been but I’m still standing and looking forward to this next chapter.

I know I’m not the only person who has had major loss (🐶🌈) while preparing for something important in their job, all while countering offers and holding the line when it comes to what you want for your family!!!

But here we are—- extremely grateful for the sacrifices, choices and new chapter that life is offering us.

Yesterday was a really sad day for my family and my friend and biz partner was there for me, so that I could protect Mack from what was happening at home. She’s a mom of 4 with an insane schedule, but she made room for us in her life yesterday and I’m grateful for her generosity and compassion.

The company we are partnered with has a rock solid emphasis on faith, family, friends, finances and fitness, and it clearly shows due to the caliber of people we have in our organization.

Life is hard and is always going to teach us lessons, but when you have strong pillars to lean on and learn from… gratitude keeps flowing, and you keep growing.

I wish this for everyone 🥰

It’s so much more than a suite of globally ranked holistic supplements.

Last week we had a room filled with people who wanted to know more about our company, and how this business would work for them.

When I answered the FACETIME yesterday I thought my mentor was just checking in to say hi 👋🏻 and see how Halloween went for Mack. I was wrong!

She let me know that I was chosen to present on stage at our North East Regional event in less than two weeks!!

I got a bit choked up bc that’s such a huge honor, and of course I said YES!! Obviously I’m a bit nervous because I want to do the best job representing our company and what we have to offer others!

I’ll probably be taking a nice dose of my CHILL terpenes, so I don’t let my nerves, anxiety, energy and excitement get the best of me!!

I’ll also keep reminding myself that I was a dancer on national television for sone of the biggest events, and that presenting has always been a part of who I am!!

You don’t have to speak on stage like me, but I do recommend you come as MY GUEST and listen in that day!!!

EYE WOULD DO ANYTHING FOR YOU….

This guy took a big branch to the eyeball doing yard work. He never stops or takes time to rest because he’s my #1 servant leader always helping others.

Once we realized it needed medical attention, we hopped in the car and drove down to the Wills Eye Emergency Room in center city.

This is your friendly reminder to take care of yourself, and get medical attention when it comes to eyeballs, branches, chainsaws etc.

⭐️Growth taught us that nothing is worth getting out of character for. ⭐️

Funny story - this lady and I met 10 years ago from a mutual friend. We were both going through completely different chapters and phases of life so it was basically a “missed connection” of real friendship if you will. Let’s just say the environment and timing wasn’t a good fit for either of us.

A few years passed and we had not seen each other at all, but we’re both working hard, focused on our families and growing as women as best we could.

We eventually found out that it was really a growth process for us both to stop being people pleasers, and step into our leadership and power. We had to do those things for the betterment of our families, our bills to be paid, and the people we knew we could help.

Fast forward to now- we are business partners, real friends and now North East MARKET LAUNCHERS - which means we get to help people pay their bills, and nurture their health.

We might have originally been a missed connection but now we’re an ON TARGET 🎯 growing partnership.

Today was the opposite of stinky, it was family day with my two best guys. The sun was shining, the temperature was perfect and our toddler was AMAZING in the corn 🌽 maze, despite the mud and his parents having to use a map to get us out. 😂

Always remember that the mud will wash off but the memories will last a lifetime. 🧡

A decade ago before I was ever close to becoming a mom a friend told me “don’t blink because they grow so fast and so often”.

Now that I’m 2.5 years in, I fully realize that this is absolutely true. These tiny humans are constantly growing in their minds, bodies, confidence, discoveries and capabilities.

I’ve been trying my best to pause and savor it all, to stay in compassion and understanding. To not rush him, but encourage him with where he is at in his growth.

I also realize that I’ve grown and know I’m still growing right along side of him. For that I’m grateful for my buddy, my teammate and the little human that has allowed me to be excited to keep becoming.

If it weren’t for him I’m not sure I’d fully be stepping into the woman and leader I’m capable of being.

When I graduated from St. Joseph’s University with a BA in writing + literature I knew I wasn’t going to be a teacher.

I didn’t have an early education major and a masters degree was not on my radar at all. I dove headfirst into corporate America and racked up some massive sticker points on my participation card. I learned so much, and just last night shared the LAER method I learned with the leaders I’m working with.

Now as a mother, I’m absolutely a teacher and there is no guidance concealer or advisor to track my success. My friend and fellow supporter of “momradere” in this journey, said today “and the review results for this job doesn’t come in for years.”

But I also get to do a global e-commerce job where I’m a teacher to adults. I can simplify a system that works for them and move them along in their progress quickly. A teacher who can share examples of how to get to your goals tangibly. A teacher who isn’t giving you pointless assignments to stay busy, but pointers that focus on income producing activities.

And every week each person in my organization is able to track how far they have come, who they have helped, how much they are earning and how they can get to the their next goal.

I’m a teacher after all, and it’s extremely rewarding to be a mom who can fulfill her time wisely with a financial reward tied in.

SPOTTED: toddlers sharing cars + trucks at the park.

These 2-3 yr olds are just getting a hang of willingly sharing something that’s oh so valuable to them (without being promoted to).

I never wanted to force him, but knew that if I shared with him, led the way and freely give in my day to day interactions, he would eventually get it.

❓A question I sometimes get about my global e-commerce business is : “do I have to share products on my social?” ❓

The answer is NO ❌ they absolutely sell themselves. We focus on the business, the financial mentorship that’s been strategically curated to help people get out of debt, and educate themselves on retaining their wealth.

But of course if you want to share the science supplements that are helping you, you can. It’s my style to share, so I do.

It’s refreshing bc I’ve seen more adults get back to sharing in the last few years
which is a positive in mind opinion.

Although we’re busy, we have these platforms to share, inform, support, recommend and let others know what we are currently loving.

So the good news is, if you don’t like to share- no one is going to force you. But the truth is, it feels good to do so and help others!

Gratitude for the mistakes we’ve made in life that got us right here, and that’s real growth.

I poured my heart and soul into my last income project, and loved on all of my team endlessly. But it didn’t feel good in my soul when I was usually the only one earning a decent income.

For a long time I pretended that timing and saturation in a company wasn’t a thing. That if you’ve got passion and a purpose, you will make a solid income. But that’s just not true. Look at any business trends and the S Curve will show you the growth, the saturation and the fall off.

I had to make a big change - a scientific and numbers based change if I’m being really transparent. Changes that my husband, myself and my son would feel secure in, but also so that I could lead and mentor people with a real plan in my pocket, and infinite levels of earnings for their families too.

Be around people who are good for your soul, but also your brain.

I’ve known this woman for about 10 years through mutual friends and friends of friends. But in the last year we just naturally decided that we work really well together.

She is a drama free believer in others who has a science and math brain that excites me and pushes me to learn and understand more.

I’ve always known that if you are the smartest person in the room, you need to find a new one. Growth comes from doing things and trying things that are uncomfortable, bc you haven’t done them yet.

But I also know that I bring certain skills and qualities to the company and our partnership. She reached out to me for things she recognizes comes so naturally to me- bc I’ve spent time practicing it.

My advice to anyone who is starting a new job, entering a new field of work, or wanting yo try something you’ve thought you couldn’t do…

•be yourself and lead with drama free goodness
•get honest about what skills/tasks you should improve on
•ask for help when you know it’s not your strong suit
•surround yourself with people that aren’t jealous that you are growing and learning
•make sure you are getting paid what you deserve

Thank you for crunching our numbers and doing the work with me, and being a leader and learner that admire. Business is about people the ability to provide them with what they need. The best tools and resources to get things done come from forming relationships like we have. 💕

I’m hurting for those affected by the natural disasters and the man made crime we’ve been seeing nationally.

To my family, friends and people I’ve met along the way in Florida- Im sorry I cant help clean up right now. I’ve had amazing memories in FL, and will always rep that state.

To all my Philadelphia family, friends and people I’ve lived next to, grown up with + care for- Im sorry our city and residents are suffering bc of poor governing, but especially for the youth who are clearly hurting- that they choose to do life ending things.

I’m a mom now, to a loving and caring little boy, where the world I’m raising him in scares me more than an ID discovery documentary. I’m a WIFE who has a husband that has to CARRY each day as he goes into the city to keep the family business running.
I’m a woman who cares deeply that people are struggling inside and outside of their homes.

I don’t have a fancy way of saying what the solution is, but my heart and mind knows that if we help people feel better physically + mentally, while providing them a vehicle to security in finances, better living options, then maybe some of this wouldn’t happen… and people wouldn’t be hurting so much.

My company isn’t just a science backed, FDA recognized, globally ranked wellness business. Yes that’s great- but what we really are is a option for people to have SOLID BACKUP in their lives. No matter what they are facing.

From credit scores improving, to getting out of domestic violence situations, to financial advisors who help you map out the “WHAT ifs”, being able to afford life/ health insurance,- our mission is to TAKE CARE OF OTHERS. And teach them how to keep themselves and their lifeline safe.

I myself can’t fix the big world problems alone, but I do have access to solutions for real guidance and movement forward in personal goals and overall wellness/ health + financial options.

When people want to LEAN IN, they want to be assured they can also LEAN ON…

I’m gonna cut right to the meat and potatoes of what that means for the doctors, teachers, nurses, executives, accountants, primary care givers and entrepreneurs at heart who just joined our company. None of us have time to waste and if we are doing something it better be GREAT, Great.

It means that:

When they saw and ran the of our 6 ways set pay compensation plan, they were able to accurately see the money and allocate it to where it’s most necessary in their lives.

When they saw the the fine tuned, simplistic processes of steps to do (like any great job should have for you) to be successful they were able to recognize how it would fit into what they already do daily.

When they saw the mentoring leadership, the closeness we have to our science creators and business developers they knew no one is playing around here.

When they saw the value system of faith, family, finances, friendship and fitness - they got excited for their own interests and the interests of those they already help, and want to work with.

When they saw that were at the top of the global ranking system in health and wellness, they didn’t have to do much to sell products bc they speak for themselves.

When they saw that we aren’t a saturated company, where everyone you know is already buying or earning, they saw infinite levels of opportunity.

This post might not resonate with everyone, but if you are someone who values your career
and connections, someone who wants to make PLAN B that big deal bc it’s not a “shot in the dark” opportunity … then this is definitely where you should LEAN INTO and LEAN ON.

I’m learning so much each day about who he is, which made me think WHO AM I ?

So if you are new to connecting with me, apart of my team/organization or someone who enjoys finding out about people that you can’t tell from IG pics… I thought I’d share:

🔹My full name is Barbara Elizabeth, but everyone close to me calls me Barbie.
🔹I’m the oldest of 3 siblings, my sister 5 years and brother 7 years younger than me.
🔹My birthday is St.Patrick’s Day (3/17) and yes that’s the same day every year.
🔹I enjoy 80-90s nostalgia and still have the games Mall Madness and Dream Phone, somehow.
🔹My 2 best friends I met in Kindergarten are still in my life, and sisters to me.
🔹My Grandfather, a Col. in WWll was my best friend and brought me to church every Sunday.
🔹I was a dancer from age 3-20yrs old.
🔹I’ve traveled and performed on stages, and television and my dance best friends are so important to me.
🔹My husband and I went to HS together, but never dated during that time.
🔹I graduated from St. Jospeh’s University in Philadelphia and lived in Center City for many years.
🔹I appreciate years of working in corporate America but especially my clinical skin care education and experience.
🔹If I see a bug, spider or bee struggling I’ll save it from drowning or return it back outside. Flies are a different story.
🔹I don’t really have a favorite color, but I wore black for a full decade. I’ve evolved since then.
🔹I’m not a Starbucks girl.
🔹Despite being a water sign Pisces I like Spooky season. And horror movies, and ID discovery.
🔹I don’t care about celebrities or Hollyweird.
🔹Child s*x trafficking is a big deal to me even if people call me crazy.
🔹Building peoples self esteem and confidence is one of my love languages.
🔹I had an emergency c section and brought my son home during the first week of the pandemic.
🔹I’m grateful for everyone in my life and mean no harm.
🔹I’m extremely proud of what I have to offer others in health and wellness.

One man’s “I’m not ready” is another man’s “this is exactly what I’ve prayed for”.

I was gifted with the opportunity to be on a business call with 75+ men, and three humble, compelling and inspiring male leaders in our company.

I’m used to mainly working with women which I love but I’ll be honest - this was exciting + REFRESHING!!!

The science behind our product suite, and the 6 generous ways our compensation plan pays people is great to hear, but I really didn’t know their particular stories.

Most people assume network marketing is dominated by women, but that’s absolutely not true.

We’ve have 1800% growth in our NOT saturated company, and the MEN here helped create that!!

Men who are strong leaders and providers for their families are wanting solid, lucrative streams of income.

The back stories I heard last night had me 😭, and as a WIFE to a husband who works endlessly to grow his business I was touched. I respect and understand the pressure MEN feel to provide.

We have men who grew up in foster care, left to their own navigational devices + graduated college and became law enforcement. But who also faced dark depression, failing marriages and sad scary attempts to be no more.

We have men who have built business in the trades, and their bodies have paid a price while sacrificing 7 days a week away from their kids and spouses.

We have men who have checked off all the boxes of what they were guided to do, and appreciate their careers but want more financial options + time, just in case.

We have men who were in relationships, found out that they are to become fathers and that relationship ended. They don’t want to just pay child support or become “weekend dads” - the income /health community creates flexibility and the ability to provide in the best way possible for the situation they are in.

It’s really breathtaking to hear these MEN be vulnerable, educators, honest and living in the Positive Masculinity energy.

Let’s here it for the MEN who deserve to be admired👏🏻💙 shout out or TAG 🏷 a man in your life that you respect and appreciate below! Let’s start a nice thread for them too!!!

They say you can’t pour from an empty cup…

I used to buy into this motto bc in theory it does make sense, but the reality is that most of us have overflowing cups that feel like a spillage of mess- and we’re the ones cleaning it up.

The constant message and pressure to chase bettering ourselves, managing our time for the self care agenda, and then multitasking every aspect of our lives, plus responsibilities and families is an overbearing request for one human.

You also can’t pour from a cup that you feel like you are drowning in, and want to throw out the window. And it’s ok to say NO, to not overcommit and to focus on exactly what your own life needs- Not what everyone else is says makes them happy.

And then they ask us to find balance, but if you are from my generation balance isn’t pretty like a ballerina 🩰 it’s having to sacrifice certain things that in your mind you have this PUSH + PULL feeling over, in order to just get through the day or week.

We’ve been conditioned to think more is better and less is weakness. And here we are doing more, which isn’t balance at all… thinking it will fill our deep souls so we can then DO even more for others.

I’ve come to the realization that less is best for a lot of people. That our brains need a break and our hearts need space and time to just beat for ourselves. Your cup can be empty, and life can be more simple if we stop working harder, smarter is fine… but when we start getting honest about what really makes us happy… that’s when we are starting to become free- and things don’t feel so heavy.
