Las fiestas patronales de Ajijic, celebradas del 21 al 30 de noviembre en honor a San Andrés, son un vibrante evento que combina tradición, fe y comunidad. On June 24th, San Juan Cosala celebrated its patron saint, Saint John the Baptist. The intense rain did not prevent the community from coming together in a moving procession. The image of Saint John the Baptist, escorted by dancers and floats, toured the town in an experience full of joy and tradition, with fireworks, music, dancing, and delicious typical Mexican food.
