Haven't been uploading lately so I think I'll give yall an update!

In January I started going to the gym 3 to 5 times a week, been eating better and cut pop/soda almost entirely, today I'm officially down 40 lbs exactly and feeling better than I have in YEARS, I'm excited to continue this fitness journey and get back to uploading consistently, I appreciate everyone for following and watching the content, we are almost at 100 followers and we're just getting started, I appreciate yall ❤️

My name's Ryan, I've went by "Mtn" (Mountain) online since 2010 playing MW2, I'm a husband, a father, a full time employee, and an avid gamer!
