The National Basketball Association (NBA) have unveiled their incredible Berlin flagship, marking the association’s first physical retail presence in Germany and third store in Europe. The new store opened in late November 2022 and is located in Berlin’s popular shopping district, Potsdamer Platz.🏀

The NBA Store Berlin showcases an extensive range of official NBA and WNBA merchandise and memorabilia, including jerseys, apparel, headwear, sporting goods, toys and collectibles from major brands such as Nike, Mitchell & Ness, New Era and Wilson. The store is impressive in size, taking up two retail units and at almost 1,000-square-meters, even features a full size basketball court marked out on the shopfloor.⛹️‍♂️

It's 'time' to take a look back at one of our favourite features from 2022 ⌚️

Last year luxury watch retailer, Watches of Switzerland Group opened multiple mono-brand boutiques across Europe as part of their growth strategy. 📈

The first to open was a Breitling store in Stockholm in June, showcasing the wide breadth of products with in-store watch experts available. The opening marked a significant milestone for the Watches of Switzerland business as it was the start of the European store rollout. In the Stockholm store, customers can take advantage of private one-to-one appointments and experience the finest in luxury brand hospitality.

We wanted to bring you a sneak peak into the very first Karl’s Fishing & Outdoors brick-and-mortar store, at 1621 River Run in Fort Worth, TX. 🎣

The 2500 sq. ft interactive store features fishing and outdoor products and offers fishing lessons and meetups for the local community.

Teeg Stouffer, Director of Retail Experience at Karl’s (Catch Co.), spoke to PREMIER RETAIL Magazine: “The store features a mix of digitally integrated experiences never before seen in outdoor retail. For example, lures are not merely aisles of pegged packages. We removed the baits from their packaging and removed the hooks and mounted them on retractable tethers so that customers can touch, see and feel the baits, creating a tangible hands-on experience."

Brought into realisation by DrawCreative , River Studios showcases the fashion retailer’s family business culture and in-house design talent through a reimagined boutique interior and seamless shopper experience. River Studios made its debut in Derby in August 2022 and is a new retail concept designed to reinvigorate the high street.
