Sick Magazine A salute to Joe Simon's "Sick" magazine, published from 1960-1980. Sick was darker than Mad initially and had great artwork and writing at first.

Jack Davis and Angelo Torres worked there for years as well as Bob Powell. Then about 1968, the magazine started taking a turn for the worse and became very mediocre. By 1976, the magazine was licensed to Charlton and was really the bottom of the barrel. I still own every issue, though. It was canceled in 1980.
