Our video team was dealing with tech issues, intercom issues, hardwired internet & wifi issues while receiving Gaitrie (who had their own interpreter) from Atlanta, while simultaneously projecting her onto the wall of Club SAW! With team Kilam Media @mailynekbriggs their engineer @skellzo and Pique tech director @nick___schofield we were able to pull it off - albeit barely 😅

I have many projects wrapping up this week and next, and in between that, it's my brother's wedding preparation. Testing the live stream show is just one part of the prep.
So excited for his special day. To me, there's no better gift than to make sure his day is captured in every way, as well as shared with loved ones. 💜

People ask what I use to design websites. I first taught myself on WordPress, and later on, my friend from business school - a web developer too, showed me Squarepace. 7 years later and I don't know how many sites in, I'm still on it.
While I can work with WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Square, Godaddy builder (not recommended) and Adobe Dreamweaver, my main for those who want a site they can maintain themselves and be mobile friendly is Squarepace.
Some people hate it, some people love it. I'm the latter.
I am a firm believer in giving credit where it's due. It's important for me to share where my knowledge comes from. In my last post I gave gratitude to one of my mentors in filmmaking Rick. @rick.robinsondp
I wanted to #throwback this because the footage is from when I worked at Bigfoot with him in Cebu. This video is a cut up version that's composed of the intro to a series the studio was developing. Back before #Masterclass was even a thing!!
Before I left, I remember him asking me, "have you ever considered working on commercials, promotional videos, that area of the industry?"
Look at me now....
