There's an exclusive premiere of Choshech's new EP "Blood" on Machine Music blog. It's scheduled for official release next week. This is perhaps the most important piece of music that came out here, or anywhere in the world, since the horrendous events of October 7th. In an absolutely genius way, Shay and his collaborators, Dorin, Vlad, Lev, have expressed musically what we've all been feeling, what's been boiling inside, what occupies our minds each and every day.
I personally still don't have the will to pick up an instrument or sing, but I was immensely proud and honored to do the mixing and mastering for this masterpiece. It was crucial to me that the profound message embedded in the music was conveyed with absolute clarity.
I urge everyone to take the time to experience this EP. It's greater than ourselves.
