What is it?
- it’s a printed version of your card that you can laminate and use as the actual PhilSys ID card.
What’s it use?
- you can still use it as a valid ID where PhilSys ID’s are accepted.
Will this replace the card version?
- no, this is just a temporary print out to use while waiting.

I Am Stronger Than My Disability
I am Marie, and I am #StrongerThanMyDisability. I will never "look" like it but I am a person with a registered person with disability. It was in 2019 when I was officially diagnosed with Anxiety disorder and panic attacks. I knew I was experiencing it for years but I never knew why or what it was and it started to take over my life. My disability at times renders me not to be able to function physically or even think clearly.
I couldn't accept that I was going through panic attacks once more but I knew I needed to do something, since my family relied on me and our finances relied on my job. I am not "healed" as of this day but I have more awareness than before.
This process of getting to know myself and my disability affects me and how I can cope, was a very harsh road for me. My panic attacks would occur in places where I was usually with people that did not know my condition nor did understand my disability which led me to need to explain myself after. I also would mostly be judged because of how I looked, like there is nothing wrong with me and I lost a couple of friends along the way. I also used my social media platform to spread awareness about Anxiety Disorder and not everyone welcomed it.
Through this process, I lost also the urget to write and campaigns when I used to get good offerings. I learned that sometimes, I also needed to adjust to the people around me and chose the ones I know I could trust enought for them to help me in case of a panic attack.
I now know how to help myself calm down when I feel an onset to a panic or anxiety attack - I also know if it is me or my disability talking or thinking and I can still function normally most of the time. There are bad days but most are good.
I am proud to say that despite my disability that I have pushed myself forward to live and not be confined. I was able to publish a book, win company awards, complete certifications and still mentor others to become better at what they do.
